At Conestoga Insurance, the health and safety of our staff, clients and the community are our number one priority. To contribute to the effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Conestoga Insurance has decided to take the proactive measure of restricting visitors to our Cambridge office. We will remain open for business during regular business hours however, in an effort to adhere to the social distancing policy instituted by the Government of Canada, we are doing our part to help in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and Coronavirus by closing our office to visitors.
We urge all our clients to communicate with our staff either over the phone or via email. Our staff will be available electronically or by phone during regular business hours. Clients that wish to make payments can use the following methods:
- Electronic Method of Payment – Please call in to our office (1-877-227-7088) with your payment information and we can take the payment over the phone. Please do not send credit card information by email for security purposes.
- Cheques and exact cash payments can be submitted through the mail slot at our office. Upon receiving the payment, we will email you a copy of the receipt of payment. If email is not available, we will mail you a copy of the receipt.
Any physical documents can be dropped off to our office through the mail slot at the front door. If you have the ability to scan documents and send electronically to your broker, we urge you to do so.
